Our Executive Creative Director led all creative for the Las Vegas “What happens here, stays here” campaign for seven years, winning a Cannes Lion and just about every other award possible. He also managed to steer the Las Vegas brand through the recession and get "heads in beds" during one of the most challenging economies in recent years.
The bar for Travel Tourism is pretty high when you consider that the tag line "What Happens here, Stays here" is known around the world and is one of the top 10 taglines ever written.
How do you make the slowest season in Vegas a “ must visit” time of year? Create a summer camp for adults. With TV, pre-roll videos, gorgeous camp counselors and a little help from Jimmy Kimmel, we blew past every seasonal record and filled the city.
THE FIRST EVER BOOKING SITE FOR VEGAS
In the past, laslavegas.com was never a travel-booking site. The undisputed experts on Las Vegas decided it was time to change that. So we launched a site that allowed Vegas vacationers to book everything from hotel rooms to shows. To launch the site we created a character whose name just happened to be Las Vegasdotcom. The campaign was so successful in the first week an overwhelming amount of visits to the site crashed the server.
