Tim has been propelled forward by great creative work that sells. Kelly co-founded Nice with his brother, Tim, on the simple idea that a creative business needs to be both creative, and a business. “Our goal is to be the most agile ad agency on the planet. Agility is the weapon that allowed David to slay Goliath. It means we get to great faster, helping our clients compete in a world that doesn’t grant second chances.”
Darren has been driving brands forward for over 25 years on both the client and agency side. He’s driven sales, awareness and growth supporting both startups and established brands, and has led marketing for non-profits. Having spent his career on both sides of the table, he knows and understands the challenges & pain points and what they need in order to shine.
Eric has served as VP of Marketing for some of the restaurant industry’s hottest brands, including Freebirds World Burrito, Voodoo Doughnut (to name a couple). He brings a wide breadth of experience across virtually every discipline, along with the unique perspective of having had to answer to the same accountabilities that most CMOs/VPs face on a daily basis.
Eric has over 10 years of media planning and strategy experience, and since joining the Nice+Co team in 2015 he has developed custom media strategies and plans to test and grow impactful targeted awareness for various client categories including restaurants, retail packaged goods, beverage brands, and gaming. Prior to joining Nice, he planned media for top-tier advertising accounts Red Bull and NBC Universal after graduating from UCLA with degrees in International Economics and Music History. He often sends pictures of his baby Yuna, who was born at the end of 2022.
Kellyn is a former marketing director with 10 years of experience on both the client and agency sides. She joined Nice + Company in 2022 and is keenly interested in creating functional and highly effective media plans customized to each client’s needs in the ever-changing media landscape.
Kellyn holds a Masters’ from NYU’s Stern School of Business and Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
Jeff has 25 years of restaurant marketing experience including CMO positions with McDonald’s Latin America, Tavistock Restaurants and Taco Bueno. He has deep brand strategy experience including positioning, pricing, and menu management. Jeff has worked with multiple franchised concepts to accelerate growth both domestically and internationally.
